1. Unpacko and Set Up
   Unpack the treadmill and place it on a flat surface—perfect for offices, homes, or small spaces.
2. Power On
   Plug it in, press the power button, and adjust the speed using the convenient control panel.
3. Choose Your Speed
   Use the adjustable speed settings to select a pace that suits your walking preference, whether brisk or relaxed.
4. Start Walking
   Step onto the treadmill and begin walking while you work, watch, or relax. The quiet motor ensures smooth, uninterrupted movement.

Shipping Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped out as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
• Delivery times vary based on your location: UK customers can expect delivery between 2-4 days

Processing & Handling:

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped, including tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Expedited Shipping:

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Prices for expedited shipping vary based on location and urgency.

Customs & Import Taxes:

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their orders, as these are not included in the shipping cost.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your WalkFit™, we offer a straightforward return process:

Return Window:

• We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility:

• The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• The product must not show signs of wear or damage from use.

How to Return:

1. Contact our customer support team at momentumgearmg@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label.
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the provided label.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, simply return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll ensure a replacement is sent to you or provide a full refund depending on your preference.
