CoreGlide™ Pro - Ab Roller

1. Set Up Your Workout Area
Choose a flat, stable surface, and if needed, place a soft mat under your knees to provide cushioning and prevent discomfort during the exercise.

2. Grip the Handles
Firmly hold the ergonomic, non-slip handles on either side of the wheel to ensure a secure grip throughout your workout.

3. Start in a Kneeling Position
Position yourself on your knees, keeping your back straight and your core engaged. Place the ab roller on the floor directly in front of you.

4. Roll Forward
Slowly roll the wheel forward, extending your arms while keeping your core tight. Maintain control to prevent overextension, and stop when your body is almost parallel to the ground.

5. Return to Start Position
Engage your core muscles as you pull the ab roller back toward your knees, returning to the starting position. Focus on using your core strength rather than relying on momentum.

6. Cool Down and Store
Once finished, gently stretch your core muscles and store the ab roller in a compact space, ready for your next session.

Return Window:

• We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility:

• The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• The product must not show signs of wear or damage from use.

How to Return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label.
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the provided label.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, simply return the original item and place a new order.
